In 2017 the Casati srl decided to continue the ongoing changes in the company reviewing the business internal and external targets and reshaping its structure according to the results.
We called Porsche Consulting to be our mentor in the process.
We meet together with the whole organization and the consultants to try to understand what were we and where do we want to go.
We put down our beliefs, values and capabilities and wrote down the vision we intended to ensue. Thanks to the following market analysis we mapped our actual customers and the potential ones in the different productive fields; the next moves were already written.
Thanks to my position and the willingness of the consultants I was able to oversee the whole project from the very beginning, moderating the meeting, analyzing the data and presenting the results.
To implement the just established principles we started many different projects with the singular departments:
1 )  A new cost breackdown method to clearly divide the direct cost from the general expense, put together in the final price. 
Far from beeing an easy task it pushed the company to think not basing on a commonly used breackdown, but on a complete budget analysis that modify the ideal prices on the present and future structure of Casati.
2) An HR plan for fullfilling the gaps between the organisation we were and what we wanted to be, and to create more and more value for the customers. All the hirings came with a structured growing plan to retain and enhance the workforce and expertise.
We later started the interviews in a more analytical way that helped us in the controll of the competences we mapped.
3) A Kaizen based continue improval system that involved the whole organisation, from the operators to the chief. We started weekly meeting at different levels to improve the workplaces, the procedures and control the relavant milestones.
4) A Manufactury Execution System we're actually working on to help in managing the customers needs about timing, quality and traceability.
...) A lot of smaller projects according to the evidences of the meetings we started.
