This Hult Business School course, held by Dr. Michael Rolleigh, aimed to empower the students with all the needed tools to conduct quantitative research, and to interpret findings accutately and appropriately.
The main topics of the course have been: quantitative analysis in Excel and Python, defining and measuring valid samples, testing hypotheses, evaluating patterns in the data and relationships between variables, Predicting outcomes using regression (Hult, 2019).

Our final assignment has been based on a real time case: a colleague of us had to analyze for her company, a movies distributor, their data in order to discover eventual pattern that could lead to a deeper understanding of the customers.
I personally leaded the group in order to comprehend the different behavior of the customers for the different categories of movie and come up with a practical tool to predict and optimize the schedule of a regular movie theater.
The tool has limits coming from our starting dataset, but it could indeed drive the next research held by the company involved to continue in its analysis.

Here it follows the final presentation of our work. All confidential information has been hidden or removed.
